Organizational Structure Study and Development of IT System for the NWPGCL and Bheramara 450 MW Power Plant

This project has been undertaken to develop the outline of Organizational system for Northwest Power Generation Company Limited “NWPGCL”, as the basis for the Corporatization Detailed Design to be developed and implemented in the next Phase (i.e. after the new Management Team is assigned). The proposed ―North-West Power Generation Company Limited is new setup aimed at establishing a power generation station with a capacity of 450MW Combined Cycle. This is going to be a state-owned enterprise and will be functioning as a profit center.
