Organizational Structure Study and Development of IT System for Northwest Power Generation Company Limited (NWPGCL) and Bheramara 450 MW Power Plant

This project had been undertaken to develop the outline of Organizational system for Northwest Power Generation Company Limited “NWPGCL”, as the basis for the Corporatization Detailed Design to be developed and implemented in the next Phase (i.e. after the new Management Team was assigned). The proposed ―North-West Power Generation Company Limited was new setup aimed at establishing a power generation station with a capacity of 450MW Combined Cycle. This was going to be a state-owned enterprise and will be functioning as a profit center.
